Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Leon Bridges is headed to South Africa later this year.
Leon Bridges will perform in Johannesburg and Cape Town this November.
The first show will hit Marks Park in Emmarentia, Johannesburg, on Saturday, 28 November 2026, followed by Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden in Cape Town on Monday, 30 November 2026.
This forms part of Bridges’ ‘The Happiness Anytime Tour’, which will continue to Australia in 2027.
For the Joburg show, Bridges will be joined by Wandile Mbambeni & BCUC, while Msaki steps in for the Cape Town show.
Bridges brings a timeless R&B feel to the table, blending classic soul influences with a modern edge across fan favourites like “River”, “Coming Home”, “Smooth Sailin’” and “Beyond”. He arrives in South Africa fresh off his fifth studio album, Happiness Anytime, dropping 25 September via Columbia Records, with Jungle’s J Lloyd and Lydia Kitto behind its 12 tracks.
