CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu City Sports Commission (CCSC) Chairman Dr. Rhoel Dejano said it is the right time to update Cebu City’s fun run ordinance after more than a decade without revisions. In an interview with CDN Digital, Dejano, who initiated the updated revisions, explained that the measure consolidates two existing ordinances into one.
