Synopsis
The daughter of Ling Yue (Mona Lane), chairwoman of Yuzhou Group, was critically injured after being hit by a drunk, speeding rich kid. The perpetrator’s mother, Meng Yan, threw down a black card, offering two million in exchange for Ling Yue’s signature on a settlement agreement.
To Ling Yue’s shock, the black card turned out to be a supplementary card she had issued to her live-in husband, Song Heng (Evan Stone). It was then revealed that Song Heng had long betrayed her—using her money to support a mistress and an illegitimate child for nearly twenty years.
In response, Ling Yue had ten million in cash delivered, cut off Song Heng’s black card, and stripped him of his position as general manager within the group. Thus began a full-scale reckoning.
