CEBU CITY, Philippines — Journalists covering the 48th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit can now use a newly opened media hub in Lapu-Lapu City to support day-to-day reporting on the regional meetings. The International Media Center (IMC) in Mactan opened on Tuesday, May 5, two days before the summit and related events begin.
