CEBU CITY, Philippines — Authorities arrested a welder and two other men during a buy-bust on a drug den in Sitio Basubas Compound, Barangay Tipolo, Mandaue City, on Saturday evening, March 28. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Mandaue City Team, in coordination with Mandaue City Police Office Station 2, carried out the buy-bust operation.
