On social media, clips of MySol’s lavish Clifton villa housewarming has set tongues wagging.

During the occasion, the businessman, who is the CEO of MySol Holdings & Logistics, also showed off his purchase of his customised Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which is valued at over R15 million.

The housewarming took place at MySol’s new Nettleton home, reportedly purchased for over R220 million. The seven-story, seven-bedroom villa boasts luxury finishes, including a marble staircase, an infinity pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the 12 Apostles mountain range and a garage for six cars, amongst many others.

Guests were instructed to wear blue designer luxury suits and served expensive drinks on tap.

While DJ Fistaz spun the decks, radio DJ and reality TV star Penny Ntuli served as the party’s hostess.

In one clip, MySol told his guests: “Let’s drink champagne. I want to drink some more champagne. Let’s have fun. F** you, let’s drink”.

NEIGHBOURS WITH BLACK COFFEE

According to Top Billing presenter turned luxury real estate agent Janez Vermeiren, MySol is officially the neighbour of DJ Black Coffee.

Last year, the DJ purchased a R156 million villa, nicknamed “The Pentagon”. The 50-year-old reportedly paid cash for the five-bedroom property.

Both the businessman and the music artist’s homes are located on Nettleton Road, which has been named the most expensive street for property.
