CEBU CITY, Philippines – Fair weather will prevail in Cebu during the last week of April as the easterlies will continue to bring hot and humid climate, the state weather bureau said. The combined effects of the easterlies, the warm wind from the Pacific, and isolated rains and thunderstorms may also bring in brief rainshowers.
