MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Jinggoy Estrada on Monday appeared before the Sandiganbayan to report following his travel abroad during Holy Week. Estrada went to the clerk of court’s office of the Sandiganbayan’s Fifth Division after traveling to China’s special administrative regions, Hong Kong and Macau, as well as Japan, from March 31 to April 5.
