- The winning numbers were 6, 8, 23, 40, 42 and 44.
- The winner’s identity remains unknown as the next jackpot resets to R3 million.
There’s a new millionaire in South Africa following a massive Lotto jackpot win on Wednesday evening, 07 May 2026.
One lucky player scooped an incredible R100,644,721.10 in the Lotto draw after correctly predicting all six winning numbers.
The jackpot-winning numbers were 6, 8, 23, 40, 42 and 44. The bonus ball, which was not required to win the jackpot, was 10.
The identity of the winner has not yet been revealed at the time of publication.
Following the latest win, the Lotto jackpots have now been reset for the next draw scheduled for Saturday, 09 May 2026.
The next Lotto jackpot is estimated at R3 million, while Lotto Plus 1 also stands at an estimated R3 million and Lotto Plus 2 at an estimated R5.5 million.
ITHUBA has reminded winners to sign the back of their tickets and present valid identification when claiming prizes, while urging players to gamble responsibly.
