LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Cebu may experience localized thunderstorms this weekend due to the prevailing easterlies, according to the state weather bureau. In its daily forecast, the Visayas PAGASA Regional Services Division (PRSD) said the province will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms on Saturday, March 28.
