CEBU CITY, Philippines — Four men, including the alleged drug den maintainer, were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Pardo, Cebu City on Tuesday afternoon, April 7. Operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Central Visayas (PDEA-7) Regional Special Enforcement Team and Inayawan Police Station carried out the operation at around 2:47 p.m.
