The local traffic unit has started allowing southbound modern public utility jeepneys (MPUJs) to exit the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit (CBRT) lane along Osmeña Boulevard ahead of right turns, easing what authorities described as a potential traffic bottleneck along the corridor.
