LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — More than 9,700 beneficiaries in northern Cebu, who were affected by the November 2025 Typhoon Tino, received cash assistance from April 24 to 26, 2026. The Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) led the distribution through a hybrid Emergency Cash Transfer (ECT) system implemented in two municipalities.
