LEGAZPI CITY — The provincial government of Camarines Sur launched on Friday a large-scale clean energy initiative aimed at reducing household carbon emissions and addressing the worsening impacts of climate change. This is through an initiative that replaces traditional wood-burning stoves with improved cookstoves.
