Bato dela Rosa’s ICC warrant: Police awaits court order to act

Following the issuance of an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant for the arrest of Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa, the Philippine National Police (PNP) is awaiting a court order to implement its “contingency plans.”
