LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — With hundreds of residents affected, relief and assistance efforts continue for those displaced by the Black Saturday fire in Barangay Ermita, Cebu City. As of Monday morning, April 6, the Cebu City government has recorded 166 displaced families, or 579 individuals, prompting the need for sustained government support and coordinated aid.
