Synopsis

Seven years later, however, he brings back a physician named Zhuang Wanyue and intends to make her his consort. Unable to accept this betrayal, Song Youning is thrown into prison, utterly heartbroken. The Imperial Preceptor reveals that the Seven-Star Alignment will appear again in seven days, offering her a chance to return home. Enduring in silence, Song Youning waits out the final seven days, while He Linyuan, convinced that she will never leave, grows complacent—accepting a life of multiple wives and concubines, and allowing Zhuang Wanyue to torment her without restraint.
