MANILA, Philippines — Petron Corp., under the leadership of tycoon Ramon Ang, has secured 2.48 million barrels of Russian crude oil to reinforce its inventory as the Middle East war continues to impact global oil supply. In a disclosure to the local bourse Monday, the oil giant said the procurement would support its stockpile until June.
