Synopsis
Rong Yu (Eugene Reese), the matriarch of the Ji family who appears to be only 18 years old, as she unexpectedly encounters Sheng Qingyan (Arthur Sterling), the eldest son of the Sheng family, in the capital. Due to his fragile health, Sheng Qingyan is withdrawn and aloof, yet he instinctively clings to Rong Yu.
Mistaking his behavior as harassment, the Ji family descendants launch a series of humorous “great-grandma protection” efforts. However, through a personal token, Rong Yu discovers that Sheng Qingyan is actually the reincarnation of her husband from a past life, Ji Sinian (Seth Johnson).
In the end, Sheng Qingyan regains his memories, reunites with Rong Yu, and the two rekindle their love, bringing harmony and reunion to both families.
